Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the recipient's responsibility.

You can expect your order to be delivered between 7-10 working days from the day the order was placed on our website.

You can choose to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, your Maestro/Mastercard/Visa Card or Klarna Pay Now.

You should receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the order has been placed. Make sure your payment has gone through and check your junk mail folder.

There is only a small window of time before our warehouse processes your order. If you are fast enough, we might be able to change your order for you before it is processed by our warehouse. Contact us at hello@unmatchdswim.com.

If your order arrived damaged or incomplete please contact us immediately at hello@unmatchdswim.com. To help us investigate your inquiry please include photographs.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. However, all items must be returned in perfect condition. Damaged or incomplete products are not accepted for return. Returned items include their unopened tag and seal, hygiene sticker and label.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning your items. Please make sure to use a shipping type that provides a tracking number in order to prevent any disputes on lost returns. You may use another packaging for shipping back your returns in order to minimise your costs, as long as it won't affect the products.

In order to return your order, inform us at hello@unmatchdswim.com. The return address will be communicated to you once your return has been registered by us. We can only accept returns after you have notified us.

If all items are returned in perfect condition, we will carry out your refund within 14 working days using the same means of payment as you used for the initial order placement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the items back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Wash using a mild washing process at maximum temperature 30 degrees Celsius. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron and dry clean.

We advise you to hand-wash our products or use a hand-wash cycle to keep the fabric in best condition for a long time, then flat dry.

Washing, flat drying or steaming will effortlessly rid the bikini of wrinkles.
